Shipping

We make every endeavour to deliver your experience by the requested date. However, Hawi takes no responsibility for goods that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to courier routes, daily demand and traffic, specific delivery times can only be our best estimate. Late delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of Hawi and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

  • Standard delivery is FREE for all orders and is sent on our courier of choice based on reliable couriers in the delivery area.
  • Delivery estimates:
  • NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 2-4 business days
  • SA and TAS metro: 3-5 business days
  • WA, NT metro: 5-8 business days
  • All regional areas: add 2-4 business days to metro estimates (deliveries may be made to the closest post office for some regional locations)
  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed when standard shipping is selected, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date

What's Included in the price

All personalisation & branding charges and shipping are included ~ however as we are a business to business service GST is added at final checkout

What if an item is sold out

If an item is sold out, we will replace it with a similar product of the same value, if not more.

What happens now

After you place your order we will go ahead and prepare your order within 72 hours and dispatch. . If your order has personalisation included, we will be in touch to confirm your mock-up
